I met Eddie at a coffee shop in Oviedo, it just started out as a casual conversation. It was right after hurricane Ian and we had lost internet due to the storm, this is why I was out and about. I was sitting next to Eddie outside working and we just got to talking casually about the storm, losing power and how bad off some folks were from the storm. I wasn't quite in the market to sell because I needed to get a roof fixed on the rental I was going to sell. After talking with Eddie I realized I could start the sales process while going through the insurance claim and fix, Eddie was so nice and knowledgeable I decided to put the house on the market with Core Real Estate group with Eddie as my agent. It took a little longer to sell than I had wanted because the market was cooling off, but Eddie was there with us the entire way and helped with ideas on how to make some modest improvement to the property and boost traffic to the home. Eddie went above and beyond helping us find our new home. We were on a strict 45-day time line, purchasing the home with a VA loan, which meant time was of the essence. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. The house sold above asking and one day. He was professional and caring making sure that I was comfortable with every part of the process.
