Oviedo, Winter Springs, & Winter Park is where we Live, Work, & Play! We are The Core Group and we are Coldwell Banker’s top team in Seminole County. In 2010, we were presented with the International President’s Circle Award, which represents the top 1.9% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. Year in and year, in good markets and bad markets, we maximize profits to our sellers, and work to negotiate fiercely on behalf of our buyers. We are a mother-son team and both full-time agents with different strengths allowing us to best fit your needs regardless of your situation.
