Oviedo FL is less than a half-hour drive from Orlando. This quaint town offers all the amenities that would be expected from a small town, while encompassing the attraction Greater Orlando. A town that is home to just over 30,000 maintains a comfortable vibe. The Townhouse Restaurant sits in the middle of downtown area, which is rivaled by Big Johns, a half block down, for the breakfast crowd on a daily basis.

The downtown area is home to the Oviedo Chickens which roam the area, and have become the town trademark. The town is in the middle of a 50-acre commercial, retail, and residential development that will compliment the existing downtown with additional walking areas for town residents and guests. This area currently serves as the beginning of a walking trail, Rails to Trails, which stretches throughout Seminole and Orange Counties.
